Material Specifications and Dimensional Standards:

Instrument Tee:

  • Fabricated from ASTM A 106 Grade B, Seamless CS pipe of Schedule 40 from 25NB to 150NB, Schedule 30 from 200NB to 250NB and Schedule 20 for 300 NB in compliance with ASME B 16.9.
  • IS1239 B Class ERW from 25 MB to 150 MB and IS 3589 for 200 MB and above.
  • Fabricated from ASTM A 304 / ASTM A 316 shedule 40 SS Pipes in compliance with B 16.9 .
  • Casted Steel Equal Tee as per as ASTM A 216 Grade WCB, Forged Equal Tee as per ASTM A 234.

Flanges:
Material Specification: ASTM A 105 / IS 2062 Gr B / ASTM A 216 / ASTM A 395 / ASTM A 536.
Dimensional Standard: ASME B 16.5 ASA 150# or ASME B 16.42 ASA 150 # or DIN PN 6/PN 10/PN 16/PN 25 or BS Table D/E/F/H.

Linning:
PTFE ( ASTM D 1457, White in colour) / PFA / HDPE /PP/PVDF

Operating temperature : For PTFE - 29 to 260 deg. C, For HDPE Upto 60 deg.C , For PP upto 100 deg. C

Final Product Testing & Inspection:
Testing and Inspection of Final Fabricated Product is carried in accordance with ASTM F 1545 Specification.

  1. Inspection of Lining by 25 KV Spark Test.
  2. Hydraulic Pressure Test at 29.9 kg/cm2.
  3. Air Leak Test at 3 kg / cm2.
  4. Vacuum Tests and Other Tests Provided on request at additional expenses..
